Mark
Dawes is Director & National Coach Tutor of NFPS Ltd,
an organisation that specializes in conflict risk management
and occupational physical skills training.
As
one of the few Expert Witness on the issue of Reasonable Force
in the UK he provides reports and testimony for Court and
was recently engaged as an Expert Witness for the defence
in a manslaughter case involving the death of a person during
restraint. He has also been involved in various civil court
cases, tribunals and hearings where his expert opinion has
been sought in cases where physical force has been used.
As
a Consultant Trainer over the years he has provided training
to many thousands of individuals including: Social Services
staff, Courtroom staff, Local Authority staff, Healthcare
staff, Transport companies, Pharma- ceutical companies, Security
organisations and Military personnel.
